Apple Pie Stuffed French Toast

Today is my husband’s birthday. I’m excited because it’s one of the few times a year he will actually tell me what he wants to eat instead of the usual “idc whatever you make is fine.” He requested stuffed french toast, but strawberries aren’t in season yet so my Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch French Toast wasn’t a good option. Mom’s Chicken Salad

Mom’s Chicken Salad is what I decided to name this recipe but it’s not my mom’s: it’s mine. I’m calling it that because it’s my very best attempt at recreating hers. She makes the best chicken salad! It’s similar to the kind Chik-Fil-A used to offer but better (their recipe is on their website, just do your googles). It’s kinda sweet, very eggy, and a bit crunchy.

Cheeseburger Mac

Cheeseburger Mac is what most people think of when they think Hamburger Helper, right? It is for me. I didn’t get to try it until I was in my late teens and bought it for myself but it was everything I’d dreamed it’d be from the commercials that ran during Family Matters. That being said, this does not really taste like the boxed stuff. Similar, but not quite. It’s really good tho, and it’s almost as quick and easy (only one pot needs washing when you’re done).
