Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 C light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 C kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp hot paprika
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coarse black pepper
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ground ginger


Instructions

  1. Mix everything together very well. Dassit!
  2. Oh, store it in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place to keep it fresh. To prevent the sugar from getting hard add a marshmallow. It sounds weird, but it works I promise!
