- 1 C light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 C kosher salt
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp hot paprika
- 1 1/2 tbsp coarse black pepper
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tbsp dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Mix everything together very well. Dassit!
- Oh, store it in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place to keep it fresh. To prevent the sugar from getting hard add a marshmallow. It sounds weird, but it works I promise!
