Description
Good for more than fajitas, of course.
Ingredients

- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tsp kosher salt, to taste
- 2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground oregano
Instructions
- Toss it all in a small bowl and stir it together with a fork. Alternatively, if you have a spice grinder, run it through.
- Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months for the best flavor.
